Terms of Service

♡ Do not claim my work as your own.
♡ I have the right to advertise the order publicly. If you'd like to keep yours private, please let me know beforehand.
♡ I have the right to cancel your order anytime if I no longer feel comfortable working with you.
♡ If there are complicated finer details (tattoos, patterns, etc), please provide the files to them. Otherwise, I will charge extra.
♡ Finished orders will be sent in ZIP files.
♡ Each order will have 3 verisons of said piece. With heavy, light and no watermarks.
♡ All pieces will be exported in PNG file unless requested otherwise.

Payment

♡ Payment via PayPal only.
♡ NEW Gumroad & VGEN links as an option for payment ! But, I do prefer paypal if possible (=
♡ Must be USD.
♡ NO REFUNDS. I do revisions. Unless I did not complete your order. Please DM beforehand (=
♡ Due to the rise in AI theft, you will pay upfront when I start your order.
♡ I do limited revisions! Maximum at three (You can ask multiple in one message and it'll count as one dw) and will only be doing them during the WIP stage, with the exception of the flat coloring stage. Depending on what you type of revision, I could possible edit during the rendering stage.

Process/Wait time

♡ If I have other orders before you, it may take two months maximum before I start yours.
♡ If you have a deadline, please let me know at least 3 weeks before said date.
♡ I charge extra if it is a rush order. (You need your order by a certain date thats < 3 weeks from then.)
♡ Orders can take up to 5 weeks at most per piece.

Commerical Use

♡ Please credit me in descriptions, comments, etc !
♡ You have the option to acquire commercial rights (for any form of monetary gain from the commission) for an additional fee, equivalent to 100% of the original price.
♡ I do not give permission for my art to be used for AI or NFT purposes.
